Before you arrive
Check-in
Self check-in. The cottage sits about 100 metres down the private road. Park beside it. Our house is another 300 metres on, behind trees — you will not see it unless you look.
Numbers
Maximum six, children included. No extra visitors unless arranged before the stay. You are the only booking on the property.
Quiet
This is a quiet residential pocket of Peregian Beach. Enjoy the deck and the fire. Keep music and voices on the property, and down after dark for the neighbours and the wildlife.
Fire & deck
Use the fire pit and BBQ with ordinary care. The back-deck stairs are gated — keep the gate shut if children are on the deck.
Wildlife
Do not feed the mob. Give them room. Dogs are welcome if they settle with the wildlife — keep them under control on the fourteen acres.
Lake
Canoe by the cottage. No crocodiles. Still treat wind and depth with care. Life jackets for children.
